By making a purchase , you are acknowledging our Terms and Conditions, which is a legal binding agreement between The SUNFLOWER GROUP and the customer. All sales are final.We are unable to modify, edit or cancel any orders for any reason.
Due to being food product, we are unable to accept returned products once they leave our factory and shipping.
Please ensure you have selected your desired colors and review your cart before checking out.
Although we do everything possible to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition, very occasionally items may get damaged during transit. If an item in your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately stating that the item in question is faulty and send us a photograph of the item clearly showing the damage, so that we can resolve this for you. If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item as part of your order (i.e. an item that differs to the one you ordered), please follow the same process and contact our Customer Services team on info@edible-dust.com as soon as possible with a photograph of the incorrect item.
You will need to notify us via email (info@edible-dust.com) or a small window within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to organize a return. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a return is approved, items will need to be posted within 7 days. Items must be received in an unopened, unused condition suitable for resale.
We will process a credit or refund back to your credit card once the items are received in good condition. Shipping & return postage cost will not be refunded.
